New tower rises to the skies of Avsallar, Alanya

Located in the Alanya district of Antalya, the pearl of the Mediterranean. Avsallar offers magical pleasures with its wide and long beaches. Incekum and Fugla are the most popular beaches. Avsallar has been an important center for domestic and foreign tourists, together with the urban settlements and hotels in the region. Bananas and avocados are the main livelihoods of the region. With an understanding that attaches importance to integration. Our project consists of 9 floors, There are 8 1+1 duplexes on the first 8 floors, 2 1+1 and 8 2+1 duplexes on the 9th floor.

Construction Manufacturing Details:

– Site Garden will be under control with security cameras.
– Heat and sound insulation will be made with high-end products.
– Flat entrance doors will be steel doors, interior doors will be American Ready Panel doors.
– Door & Window joinery will be made of Anthracite Colored PVC Material, Insulation Roving and Gasket System.
– Ceramic and Vitrified products will be made in 1st class.
– The staircase system of the duplexes will be reinforced concrete and the steps will be covered with marble.
